The Abbey Street development site is part of a wider network of sites identified as future development opportunities within the Transforming Nuneaton programme.

Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council and Warwickshire County Council are working together to deliver the transformation of Nuneaton town centre, to achieve a mixed used regeneration proposal aimed at boosting economic growth in the town and providing new employment opportunities.
